FUN WITH ROPES:

HGTV Design Star's star Michael Verdugo is suing to get his old job back.  A cop.  We posted on ALL of this earlier.

He appeared in a gay video tied up and the video had some S&M elements and the Florida police department fired him when they found this out.  The police department also faulted him for not being forthcoming on his job application about this porn tape.

Any way the lad is suing, according to The Porn Times (okay, quit laughing... all our sources can't be The New York Times or Conde Nast!!!):

Mr. Verdugo is asking attorney Alberto Milan “to file a civil lawsuit against Hollywood police for wrongful termination and discrimination,” the paper reports. “When you’re a gay cop in a paramilitary organization like law enforcement, a lot of discrimination exists. He was a damn good cop,” Mr. Milan said. “This guy was an asset and there’s no doubt his talents were very useful to the people of Hollywood.”

City officials maintain Verdugo was terminated for not revealing during his application process to become a police officer that he had performed in an adult film. Mr. Verdugo says it never occurred to him to mention the adult work and maintains “that if a male cop appeared nude in a straight porn film his police buddies would be ‘high-fiving him in the hallway.’ ”

Today he owns and operates several interior design and home-staging companies and currently dates “a field training officer for Pembroke Pines police.”

TRUE STUD

The third season of HBO's True Blood promises more nudity.  And don't forget this coming  season, some vamps will be gay with hot scenes to boot.

Regular cast members are quipping how down Alexander Skarsgard is about being in the buff.

Skarsgard drops trouser even before the director yells "Action."

Well at least that was the cheer teen throb TayTay was chanting.  Tay was at the Colts game.

Also in attendance was 80s heartthrob Rob Lowe.

BACKHANDING THE COMPETITION

THE AUSTRALIAN OPEN 2010:

Novak Djokovic presses forward.

What took less than 2 hours, Nole defeated Lukasz Kubot:  6-1, 6-2, 7-5.

During this time last year, the heat in Melbourne was too much for Djokovic when he played Andy Roddick and the Serbian  withdrew from the tournament.

Weather conditions are much cooler this year thus all the players should benefit.

RYRY GETS PICKED UP

Buy my film or you'll be sorry!!!

We posted last week that a bidding war could ensue for Buried.

Lionsgate bought Buried which stars Ryan Reynolds for about $3 to $4 million.

This was the first major feature to get picked up at Sundance.

Buried had a late night screening and that seemed  magical because immediately afterwords Lionsgate pulled out the checkbook for the suspense thriller.

WHAT A D--K

Seems like Andy Dick lives up to his last name.

We posted yesterday that the loser  unfunny comedian was arrested and charged with sexual abuse.

Those charges are turning out to be accurate.  Dick allegedly groped and kissed patrons and  a bouncer at a nightclub in Huntington, West Virginia.

The WVGazette reports:

"Huntington Police arrested Dick about 4 a.m. Saturday at Rum Runners. Dick was inside the club at 819 Third Ave., speaking with a man identified as Justin Hayes 'when the defendant (unexpectedly and without invitation) grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him,' according to a Huntington Police Department criminal complaint. The second felony charge said a Rum Runners security guard approached Dick and asked 'to place an armband on his hand to comply with the rules of the establishment.' According to the guard's account in the report, 'the defendant grabbed the victim's crotch and began laughing.' Dick spent several hours at the Western Regional Jail before he was arraigned via video by Cabell County Magistrate Patty Verbage-Spence. Dick sounded polite at his arraignment and said he would hire an attorney for a court date set for the first week of next month."

Sounds like us at Fiesta after a couple of frozen margs.  We fondle and kiss the cutest guys around us.  You can't just tell 'em their HOT and you want them, you have to show them how bad you want them!! That's our story and we are sticking to it.  

He was in Virginia to perform a comedy gig.

It seems his show is quite racy and requires ticket holders to be 21 and up.

Dick dresses as one of his characters and pulls the lower half of his clothes down to reaveal a bare torso for the guest to see.

Ewwwwwww.  Who wants to see that nasty, ugly mess?   So gross.
