He really is a fashion disaster--from not wearing a proper tuxedo at the Costume Institute Ball to this.
With the outside humidity, he should have used lots of gel, made a side part and slicked his hair back with gel for a groomed wet look. It would have held up with the sun, heat and high humidity!!
