Enrique Inglesias has made promises that if Spain won the World Cup, he would strip and ski naked in Miami's Biscane Bay.
The only group not enthused are the Po Pos.
They promise they will enforce all laws in the Miami area and they will have none of his naked histrionics.
Bummer.
