THE DARK NIGHT UPDATE

The number of locations in North America that The Dark Knight will be playing is so far at 4,366.  This is an industry record.

At 12:01 am on Friday 3,000 theaters will start playing the comic caper.

As I posted earlier in the week, my inside sources say that this Batman installment will surpass $150 million.  

NOW, my sources have disclosed to me that they  are calculating that The Dark Knight will do just under $200 million for the 3-day weekend--sans holiday too.
