"Elton’s actually a pretty good gay and he’s done a lot for the causes, but this is kind of gross. I was waiting for the transformation where he was going to sprinkle fairy dust on Rush and he was either come out of the closet or be gay positive. That hasn’t happened, so Elton’s just a whore." Comedian Joan Rivers and actor Michael Urie hosted a party for columnist Michael Musto to celebrate his 25 years at The Village Voice.
A downtown crowd showed up at 230-Fifth to honor the scribe.
Names like Jack Mackenroth, Robert Verdi, Dirty Martini, Vodka Stinger and the Blonds.

One of our favorites, Michael Musto is profiled in Sunday's The New York Times.
“Michael harkens back to famous gossips like Hedda Hopper and Walter Winchell,” said Vince Aletti, a former Village Voice editor who edited Mr. Musto’s column, “La Dolce Musto,” for 10 years. “He understands New York and where it comes from. He’s from a different generation. He’s not this flighty freak. He’s a dogged reporter,” writes Laura M. Holson.

MICHAEL MUSTO DOES A WONDERFUL JOB SNIPING BARBS ON OLBERMANN
Let's get this real clear from the start: LA*SURFPUNK loves Michael Musto. We have been reading his wittiness since the Eighties. He was all over Andy Warhol's Interview magazine back in the day, when Andy really ran it. And Musto has been part of the NY scene from Studio 54 to Limelight and BoyBar to Beatrice Inn, these days. We LOVE MM, he's our BB!! Not only street cred he has, he's got era cred. He saw Madonna back in the day when she was a nobody but some midriff showin, black rubber bracelet wearing singing skank at Danceteria.
Musto will always be family, the quick-witted gay brother with the lethal jibes.
ANYWAY----
So he let the insults spray like a fully loaded Uzi on last night's Countdown with Keith Olbermann show with substituting host David Shuster.
He called all those stinkin snatches: "pageant of dummos that parade their parts..." HA HA HA!!
That's just it.... all their parts are atrocious: they're CUNTS!!!
