Rafa Cakes had to withdraw from the Sony Ericsson Open 2012 due to a knee injury.
Rafa's knees are becoming his Achilles' heel.
During the Australian Open, he was sitting in his hotel room when he heard a pop coming from one of his knees. Thankfully, nothing was wrong and he was able to play that tournament. His team kept the knee taped and monitored closely under medical supervision.
He must be so frustrated and angry.
We wish him a fastidious recovery.
