RIDING ON THE FREEWAY OF......

Five women are suing Starline Tours of Hollywood.

They claim the driver sexually assaulted them and spouted off epithets:  "ni***rs,bitches and dykes."

And as my friends would say..."don't forget actor/model.."

The five allege, they were picked up by Brian Sapir in a "smoking" Cadillac.  He claimed to be with Starline.  The five stated Sapir "bruised," "scratched," "sexually battered," "groped," and grabbed their chest--and to top it off, he urinated in the street.

The five begged for Sapir to drop them off, but he held them hostage for $25  and they forcibly ejected themselves from the car.  Even though the five thought he was "doped up," they continued to stay in the car??

Starline claims that Sapir was not an employee last year at the time of the alleged incident.

Is this a case of he said, she said??

DUMP THE BUMPER STICKER

Ron Owen's bumper sticker has the ire of an Australian tribunal.

Owen claims the proclamation on the sticker was a joke.

The tribunal disagrees:   "The former president of the National Firearm Owners of Australia was taken to the tribunal by several local lesbians, who claimed they had been offended despite only one having seen the bumper sticker.

Two of the women were awarded $5000, with a third awarded $2500 in damages.
Tribunal member Darryl Rangiah handed down a 77-page decision, which also ordered Mr Owen to publish a written apology for inciting hatred and causing offence to the homosexual community of Gympie.
Mr Rangiah acknowledged Mr Owen's right to free speech, but said he had gone too far with the bumper sticker and in ensuing comments made during a television interview, in a report to a subsequent council meeting and in a letter on his website.
"Ron Owen is entitled to be a homophobe and he is entitled to publicly express his homophobic views," he said. "That much is required in a society that values freedom of thought and expression. However, there are limits."

Owen has quipped his self-justification for the sticker before:  "If a person chosses to follow non-human acts, if they break the law, they lose their human rights."

Oh please...

MILO OPENS UP

The gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, did I say gorgeous Milo Ventimiglia opens up to Men's Vogue about his USO tour.

I posted on this a couple of months age, click here for a refresher!!

The 31-year -old discussed his experience while traveling Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan from July 6 to 12th.

What inspired you to get involved and take a USO (United Service Organizations) tour? Whether you support war, or don’t support war, there’s no reason not to support a soldier. It’s a very honorable thing that they’re entering into.

How did your girlfriend and family feel about you going? Everybody close to me was a little nervous about me traveling abroad through a war zone, but the one message I got from everyone was to be safe and come home. Everyone was supportive. And everybody was happy when I got home.

ET SAYS DONATE AGAINST PROP 8 HATE

Brad Pitt made a donation first...

NOW--

Director Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw ponied up  $100,000 to fight against Proposition 8, a measure seeking to reverse this year's gay marriage win.

The famed director quipped:    "By writing discrimination into our state constitution, Proposition 8 seeks to eliminate the right of each and every citizen in our state to marry regardless of sexual orientation. Such discrimination has NO place in California's constitution, or any other."

Isn't this GREAT!!

Let's hope more Hollywood folks take the example made by Pitt and Spielberg and donate to fight Prop 8 that hates!!!
