The HEROES hottie celebrated his 31st birthday on a USO tour in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan.
He comes from a long line of family members who are veterans--dad, uncle and grandfather.
The sweetie almost went into the Navy at age 18.
Man.... if he was only around earlier when Top Gun was cast....things would have been a whole lot different and we would have Milo as a big star and not that loony couch-jumper that announced to the world he is in love with SNATCH!!!
