The fun begins at 10:30 am Pacific time (for those on the East coast 1:30 pm/ Central 12:30 pm).
It's great to watch online because they give a lot of background on the groups and who they are. They talk to the guest on the floats. And the spontaneity of the whole thing.
We highly recommend watching it.
