GREASE LIGHTNING

HOOD ORNAMENT:

Nole Cakes is the ultimate hood ornament for an editorial in Tennis magazine.

He has been the cat's meow at Roland Garros. Every one is guessing if he will take the French Open.

Darren "Killer" Cahill and Brad Gilbert were both singing his praises at the anchor desk on Sunday.

We've been saying this about Nole since 2004!!!

Haven't you been listening???

Ehhhhhhhhhhhh

*********************************

Nole is already 40-0 beating his first opponent, Thiemo de Bakker at the French Open.

*********************************

In today's The New York Times, the paper contains an article about Nole, The French Open and his winning streak:

The quality of Djokovic’s victims is undeniable. He has beaten the two men who have defined and ruled this tennis era — Federer and Nadal — a total of seven times during the streak. He has beaten Federer three times and Nadal four times, including twice in straight sets on clay, which still reads as if it must be a typographical error.

Does the latter read like a backhanded (pun intended) compliment. Bitch writer!!

What did the late, great Andy Warhol quip: Don't pay any attention to what they write about you. Just measure it in inches.

The Times article takes half the page!! Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Touche.
