Harvey Milk Day is signed, making it a state holiday May 22nd. An LGBT domestic violence bill -- yeah!! More importantly: He inked the bill that any same-sex couple that married before Proposition 8 went into effect that marriage would be legally recognized in the state!! WHOOP, WHOOP!!
