UPDATE:  That Hollywood (Florida) cop that has been trying to get his job back, Michael Verdugo, who just happened to be in one little gay porno, Rope Rituals, can keep his police certification.

A 19-member state panel ruled on that, but he just needs to prove that he lost his job because of his sexual orientation.

Oh and another tiny little detail, when he did apply to the Hollywood Police Department (back when), he did neglect to disclose that he partook in Rope Rituals.  Sorries.
