The reward has increased to find the scum(s) that set a barn on fire in Morgan County, Ohio. The hate-crime fire perished 8 beautiful horses.
The Humane Society of the United States is offering $2500.
The Blue Ribbon Arson Committee has offered $5000.
A total reward of $7500.
PETA should step in and offer a reward, maybe of $17,500?????
This was definitely a cruel and heinous act to loving animals!!!
