Shia LaBeouf was busted by police in LA early Sunday morning for DUI and taken to the hospital with bodily injuries.
In Hollywood around 3am, Shia was behind the wheel of his truck that was in a crash.
A LAPD rep states it was clear to officers who went to the scene that Shia was intoxicated.
Do people just not care or do they think that a drinking and driving violation "won't happen to" them?????
At the hospital, Shia was treated for bruises, scratches and surgery to repair some damage to one of his hands.
1. He was arrested by police at a Walgreens in Chicago.
2.In the Valley, police were searching for Shia for missing a court appearance and a bench warrant was issued for him due to smoking illegally earlier in the year.
3. And at the Smithsonian, LeRetard was scolded by security for smoking in a museum men's bathroom, FYI: I posted on that when it happened.
I think these young H'wood folks sing the tune...
