All Govenor Deval Patrick needs to do is sign the bill and out-of-state gays can mary in Massachusetts. Because of a technical change, couples will not have to wait 90 days....
"The measure has moved to the Senate for its final approval. Aides say Gov. Deval Patrick may sign it into law as early as Thursday."
