It makes you stop and smell the roses because you never know that any day could be the last.....
ABC News and CNN have reported that Natasha Richardson was not able to survive her skiing accident in Canada.
The family was near her bedside at a New York hospital. Her husband Liam Neeson, their two sons, her sister, mother, Vanessa Redgrave, and her aunt, Lynn Redgrave were all present while Ms. Richardson was on life support.
The immediate family has issued this statement: "They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time."
