The movie audiences delivered their hard earned dollar to the box office to see the actor flex his acting chops and don his thespian cape.
Inglourious Basterds raked in $37.6 M here domestically and a stout $27.5 M overseas!!
The Weinstein Company called the results "fantastic."
"It’s also a turnaround for the Weinstein Company, which has lately suffered from a string of bombs and an overextension into other businesses like fashion and social networking," quipped The New York Times.
