TMZ is reporting that swimmer Michael Phelps was involved in a crash. They are also reporting that alcohol was NOT involved.
It was a three car accident in Baltimore. Phelps surfaced unhurt.
Phelp's Cadillac Escalade and a Honda Accord collided.
Police are investigating the details. Witnesses are saying someone ran a stoplight.
Phelps left in a waiting car and tow trucks were clearing the damaged vehicles.

I don't know why these accidents are happening. If they drived carefully i hope it might not happen.
Most of the accidents are happening due to OVERSPEED. Life is in our hands.
