At the expense of gays and the deaf/mute, fliers have been making the rounds as far back as April showing D.C.'s Police Major Crash Unit 'Celebrating D.C.'s First Deaf Mute Gay Marriage.'
The picture displays two male employees fingering gang signs as sign language. Some of the copy explains how the newlyweds will partake in "naked sweaty man love."
Secretly, these fliers were distributed on police desks all around the department.
