This may be a new weekend feature. The stories and images that we decided not to run this past week. These subjects were subjected (lol) to the cutting room floor. The slash of red ink as a result of being axed by our HBIC.
We're taking our Macs, turning them over and shaking all the pictures we collected for the week. And they land on this virtual table.
Think of this section, like in a DVD package, as THE DELETED SCENES.
Some of the images are great; others were played out all over the internet.
We love this image of Matty. We wanted to use it, but we wanted just one image. We preferred a head-to-toe to show what he was wearing.
His face is gorgeous and L@@K at the gloss of his hair.
It was real tough not to run this one.
All the blogs were running the cover image of Alex Pettyfer on VMan and we wanted to use a different one. The top image is similar to the one we ran. We chose one; we didn't want two images that were alike.
It is a hot image of Alex shirtless-- it could make a Friday night intimate for those that need a good picture.... and some lube.
We love this image of Mamma M, The Music Miracle.
Look at that face. She looks damn good in this picture. PROPS. KUDOS.
She is just FIERCE! This is why we LOVE MZ. THANG!! Our #1. She looks like she stepped back in time to her Ray of Light era and the hair looks like it did in her Vogue/Express Yourself videos. We love all those videos. She is so hot in those black pants in the Ray of Light video.
We were thinking of a post: 50+ ISN'T FATAL. But, we never got around to it and by Tuesday afternoon, all the images of the Met Gala were saturating the 'net and we were over it. We had all our images up by late Monday evening/ early Tuesday morning.
Everybody and their mother took to the computer to photo shop that image of the Prez and his staff in The Situation Room.
While gathering pictures, we came across this one of the President. We liked it; we giggled. But after while, it was just ho-hum.
**say it in that high-pitched Karen Walker voice** Rainbows and unicorns.
We wanted to use all these images of Gabe.
He is so hot and beautiful. It was tough to narrow the choice to just two.
And, we had to find some that were similar in his pose to Colin's images.
Our mouths dropped over Colin's pictures, too. The lad is just beautiful.
Colin models and acts. This was from an old editorial that we ran across. That face, that body, THAT TORSO-- we are still DROOLing!!
POSTS THAT NEVER RAN:
We love these images of this hottie. The DNA site says for cover #136.
We just didn't know how to word the post. We really prefer the second image with just the briefs and the hand towel over his neck.
We were thinking maybe a post: JUST CUZ.
But, we JUST DIDN'T.......
We absolutely hate that retched cunt that got married in London last week. Again, what part of gay do you NOT get. We could care less about some breeder wedding. And, the thing looks below-average, sub par. Is every one's eyesight shot? All these fash mags going wild and the non-stop coverage...ICK! Just another self-absorbed, self-entitled slag that thinks ITS slit doesn't stink. We deal enough of that with the gashes in HELL-A on a day-to-day bases.
And, we don't want to contribute any more to their insidious air time....
BUT, we do read our Vanity Fair every month--faithfully and cover-to-back cover---and they have been covering the royals and our first thought of seeing the brother sibling was: IS HE FAMILY?
That is our first instinct--- it is usually 99% right-- so we'll stick to our gut feeling!!
Any hoo, all the blogs were running the images of him with his pants down. We just didn't go with it. We weren't feeling it all that much.
We have the images of the brother and his bum and one more of Corbin Fisher's Gabe in his FULL glory:
It was Tuesday afternoon and we felt all the Met Gala images were played out.
We were really disappointed that there were not tons of images of Seth Meyers. We thought with the outstanding job he did hosting the WH Correspondents Dinner, photographers would find him opportune. Plus, he was featured in VOGUE's past September issue.... but what do we know.
And, NOT one good image of Grace Coddington. We were fuming. She hates to be the center of attention. We are sure she breezed past the photographers. Her attitude is very: it-is-not-all-about-me, which is soooo refreshing. Especially, for someone so famous and well-respected in the fashion circle.
Now, if we can just get that retched one that sings about a block to think like this. Good luck with pulling that one away from the limelight. ICK!
***************************
We absolutely love the image below.
It is of former VOGUE contributing editor--- now turned Editor-In-Chief of W Magazine----Edward Enninful conversing with Proenza Schouler's Jack McCollough.
Light, refreshing. Not stilted. Not posed. Not forced.
