The homophobic scum that is Henry Lewis III, Lawrnell Henry Lewis and Alejandro Sam Gray have Galveston prosecutors filing hate crime enhancements against the trio.
The three were charged with felony assault for an attack at one of Galveston's gay bar, Robert's Lafitte.
According to Galveston police, the three thugs open the bar's door and began throwing concrete "rocks" at customers, hitting one patron causing blood and injuries.
Patrons fled the bar and began chasing the suspects with police later catching the three 10 blocks away.
Bail has been set at $120,000 each as the three remain in custody awaiting the next round of elevated charges.
For the first time in a long time, Texas is doing something RIGHT, utilizing the hate crime enhancement.
