James Franco won a Teddy Award for excellence in queer cinema in Berlin last week for his student film The Feast of Steven.
A short clip of the movie is available below.
Franco based the film on Anthony Hecht's poem. A man's daydream stages him on a New York basketball court. The young man is naked and heavy breathing ensues.
The clip reminded us of Bruce Weber's work, like Chop Suey.
Anyone else care to concur?
