What is an issue of Vanity Fair without an item on the Kennedy clan?
In this April issue, the magazine excerpts a book from John Kennedy, Jr's ex Christina Haag.
Haag is a long-time family friend of the Kennedys (we guess until this book comes out) and she dated John for some 5 years.
She describes a quick jaunt to Jamaica where the couple drank mushroom tea from the natives, smoked some herb and described an ordeal with coral reefs that put their 2-man kayak boat in peril.
Haag suffered from a broken leg and went on the trip anyway; she describes John John as a thrill seeker. He had a book about tantric sex that he wanted to try.
She described Jackie O as welcoming and generous; the tone of the book sounds more endearing and warm about John John than scandalous. Haag isn't trying to call out every one of John's peccadillos, she's recalling memories and what exactly happened in those situations.
