With Project Runway in legal land. We just might write that series off. We love Michael and will miss his, "It's awful, just awful' or "slutty, slutty, slutty."

Or the German engineering or Meana Godzilla whose favorite word is "disjointed."

And our dad Tim Gunn, with a concerned frown behind his glasses......

But we're open to new ideas and we can be receptive to Bravo's news on Thursday.

The cabler has ordered a design-competition called The Fashion Show.

Viewers will pick the winner and the prize will include a retail deal.

In addition, Bravo announced a show in development, Celebrity Sew-Off, which will give well knowns a chance to display their design skills!

We'll sew(see-LOL) if the new shows take off, if not, we still have Top Chef to quench our hunger.

WEHO COUPLE TAKES DOWN DISPLAY

I posted earlier in the week on the couple that had a display of John McCain coming out of a chimney with flames and that VP nominee RepubliCUNT hanging from a noose.

The couple has removed the display:

"Sheriff's officials say resident decided to remove them after discussing the situation with West Hollywood Mayor Jeffrey Prang. 'My understanding is that the mayor had a long talk with the man and convinced him to bring it down. The homeowner began to realize what they had done caused a little more of a reaction than they had hoped for,' Sheriff's official Steve Whitmore says. Earlier today, protesters put up a pair of white sheets on sticks in effort to hide the display from the street Tuesday. Whoever put up the sheets could be cited for trespassing or infringing on free speech rights, said Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Oscar Butao. However, nobody at the house has complained so far. The U.S. Secret Service recently looked into the display and said there was no threat. Deputy Special Agent in Charge Wayne Williams called the display unusual but said so far it seems to be harmless."

A spokesbitch for Lee Baca, LA County Sheriff, states: "The sheriff made this clear: This is a country that has freedom of speech and we protect that right even when we think it's idiotic and stupid and in bad taste and wrong to do."

One of the reasons I want to train and play in Milan for a few months is the fact that the MLS season doesn’t run as long as the European season and having played most of my career in Europe, my body has been trained and geared not to have that amount of time off. Obviously, I will be honored to be given the chance to train and play with the likes of Ronaldinho and Kaka, but it also gives me the chance to keep my fitness up and carry that on for when I come back to the Galaxy for the new MLS season. Of course, nothing is confirmed yet, but there’s already been plenty of talk that I’ve bought a house out there and that I’m buying a jet, none of which is true. I will let you know when it happens.”

The Hollywood Reporter reveals that Tom Ford is set to start production of his film, A Single Man, an adaption of Christopher Isherwood's novel.

"Colin Firth, Julianne Moore and Matthew Goode are set to star... Published in 1964, the novel centers on a gay man who, after the sudden death of his partner, is determined to persist in his usual routine, which is seen in the span of a single, ordinary day in Southern California. Firth is the gay man, an Englishman and professor who feels like an outsider in Los Angeles. Goode is the boyfriend who dies in a car accident and appears in flashbacks. Moore plays a friend of the professor. Ford adapted the screenplay with David Scearce. His company Fade to Black Prods. is producing along with Depth of Field's Chris Weitz and Andrew Miano and Robert Salerno of Artina Films."

MILK MAN

Castro Theatre in beautiful San Francisco was the scene for the premiere of Gus Van Sant's directed, Milk.

The stars were greeted with people in the backdrop with "Vote NO on Prop 8" signs.

We had Josh Brolin, James Franco, Diego Luna, Emile Hirsch, SF Mayor gavin Newsome, Focus Features CEO James Schamus to name a few at the screening.

Harvey Milk was the first openly gay man elected to a public office in the USA. He served on San Francisco's Board of Supervisors until he was assassinated in 1978.

SOME CA RESIDENTS TAKING IT TOO FAR

Supporters of Prop 8 have their signs in their front yard, some find that just too much and are vandalizing homes by spray painting parts of the homes and the signs themselves:

For the second time in a week, homeowners in South San Jose have been targeted for their support of a proposition that would change the California constitution to define marriage as a union between a man and a woman.

Unlike the previous incident where no law was broken, the culprits who spray-painted large "No on 8" messages Sunday night on the garage doors of two homes on a cul-de-sac near Monterey and Bernal roads could face jail time and a fine if arrested and convicted. San Jose police were called to the scene and filed a report, according to the homeowners.

Let's not stoop to the straights level; let's keep it above board and seamless for our fight for CA gay marriage.

AIDS GROUP SENDS CEASE AND DESIST LETTER TO ALASKA STORE

When that stupid RepubliCUNT opened its trap and said its favorite shop was Out Of The Closet in Alaska, we went on the internet to do some searching. We wanted to see if OUR West Coast thrift store with the same name was the same chain as this Alaskan shop. We didn't think the foundation had stores in Alaska but we wanted to make sure. Since this is a gay-hatin CUNT, I just didn't think this Anchorage store was of the same chain that helps AIDS cases, mostly gay men!!

Out Of The Closet is huge in California. These thrift stores use all monies from the stores to its AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF). I always shop at Out Of the Closet in Weho, no telling what you will find from Abercrombie--real cute stuff- to Armani and Gucci and everything else under the sun, lamps, blenders, CDs, magazines........

We went on the internet and found that the Alaska store is in NO relation to the West Coast stores. The store in Alaska is a consignment shop.

Not only was I researching, CBS Early Show was digging too.

The Out of The Closet stores in California and Florida caught wind of this too.

Well the AIDS Healthcare Foundation which runs these thrift stores is not amused either and has sent the Alaska store a cease and desist letter that demands they find a new name.

The AHF group released this:

We are grateful to Governor Palin for bringing the infringement of AIDS Healthcare Foundation's trademark on our eighteen year-old 'Out of the Closet' name to our attention. In addition to raising funds for the care and treatment of thousands of people with AIDS in the US and around the globe, several AHF 'Out of the Closet' sites also serve as free HIV and STD testing centers. A growing number are now partnered with or placed alongside full service AHF Pharmacy stores, which are open to everyone, but offer clients specific expertise in HIV/AIDS medications. AHF's 'Out of the Closet' chain and our related services at these sites provide the community a unique opportunity to give back.

We value our good name and as such, have sent a 'cease and desist' letter to the independent for-profit resale shop operating under our 'Out of the Closet' name in Alaska….We also invite Governor Palin and the Republican National Committee to give back to the community by donating the Vice Presidential candidate's campaign wardrobe to AIDS Healthcare Foundation's 'Out of the Closet' following the election."

Proposition 8 is a terrible attack on our lesbian and gay friends, neighbors, co-workers and family members. But the response of our community shows the best of California — hundreds of thousands of regular people across the state joining together almost spontaneously to say "NO" to using our laws to hurt our fellow Californians.
"Yes we can" has a whole new meaning in California today. We are showing that we can stand up to right-wing extremists and protect equal rights for every single Californian.
Let's show that we can every single day until the polls close on November 4th.
