The Chicago Tribune reports that a police source said the suspect in Jennifer Hudson's mother's and brother's killing is in custody.
There was a report of a little boy missing after the discovery of the two bodies, an Amber alert was in place and the little boy STILL HAS NOT surfaced. Authorities are still searching for the little one.
