$100 MILLION OR ELSE

That's the amount it will take Howard Stern to replace Simon Cowell for American Idol.

A salty Stern:   "They'd have to pay me a ton of dough because I already make a ton of dough. Yeah I would do that show for $100 million."

We'd love Stern on AI.. 

The way he RIPS people apart on his radio show ----so imagine his pithy critiques on that talent show.

He refers to Idol as a "fucking karaoke contest"  ssssssssss ACID BURN
