A company called Pacificor was the highest bidder to the rights of the Terminator franchise.
This company beat out Sony and Lionsgate. A check needs to be cut for the amount of $29.5 million for the deadly cyborg creation.
This gives Pacificor movie, TV program and other spin-off rights.
The auction was 5 hours long.
