You'd think charging $695 for a messenger bag or $435 for a crested dog tag necklace or $1590 for a leather briefcase would leave your company way in the black.
Gucci is saving all that profit and not using any new models or expensive locations for its time pieces. The design house is taking to its archives of photos, photoshopping accessories on the image and adding copy -- PRESTO, they have their S/S 2010 accessory ad campaign.
Look for model Veruschka with a photoshopped watch on her legs and fresh printed font on a 50+ year old image. Peter Sellers image is unsafe as well, look for Gucci's iconic font spread on his back.
