Ohh those were the days at Studio 54. Bianca, Liza, Halston, Barry, Diana, Paul, Steve, Calvin, Brooke, Michael, Andy, Gloria and Andy all ensconced under one roof.
Your name was the right of passage at the door and the bar histrionics were a various flavor of that night. Sugar and flour flowed with the pouring of the bubbly while the glitteria of shirtless hunks whithered and wrangled on the dance floor.
Those were the days.....
Andy Cooper reflected on those times last night on AC360 when he met Michael at Studio 54:
“When I was 10, for some odd reason, I went to [disco epicenter] Studio 54 with Michael Jackson and a bunch of people. I had no idea who he was. I saw him dance, and I was like, ‘Oh, he’s a good dancer.’”
Coop continued, “Why I was at Studio 54 is a whole other story. Child welfare will want to talk to my mom [Gloria Vanderbilt] about that.”
