The Cut reports that oaf Keifer Sutherland and darling Jack McCollough settled their dispute and each party has issued a joint statement.
The night of the Costume Institute Ball at an after hour party, Sutherland allegedly headbutted designer McCollough breaking his nose.
Sutherland's attorney issued a statement that the actor apologized to the Proenza Schouler designer and McCollough accepted.
Charges could be dropped at Sutherland's next court hearing on June 22 ;if the charges are not, a third degree assault charge is comparable to a speeding ticket.
