Dan Choi will be appearing on Rachel Maddow tonight.
We posted earlier that Choi was a National Guard First Lieutenant. He is involved in a group Knights Out, 38 West Point graduates that came out as gay in March. Knights Out is a support group. Active duty alumni, cadets and their families can participate in this support group or turn to the group for help.
Choi, now, is being discharged from the Army, under the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" clause. He was on Maddow's show in March and suggested that his appearance on the show and the fact that he came out might lead to his expulsion. Well sure enough, expulsion took place; the Army even penned a letter to Choi stating that his appearance on the show "constituted homosexual conduct."
We'll post tonights interview as soon as we can.....
