K-Mart is dumping Martha Stewart's linen line and replacing it with Jaclyn Smith's bed-bath products.
Sears Holding Corporation, the parent company of the blue light special retailer, stated it terminated Martha Stewart, because her contract demanded too high a price in guaranteed royalties to K-Mart.
Jaclyn has been with K-Mart for 23 years, one of the FIRST stars to dip her foot in the celebrity pool of clothing companies.
