SUE--IT'S THE AMERICAN WAY

Some Germans are taking the American way of making some money---by suing!!!  For 11 million dollars!!!

Eleven extras on the set of THE COUCH JUMPER Nazi-era flick, Rubicon( the film had a working title of Valkyrie), were injured from falling from the bed of a production vehicle.

NOW, an extra has hired a lawyer to sue the film and he wants damages.

Others were injured, the extra confides, and he wants all the injured to come together so they can have millions in damages.

The lawyer handling the suit has started a website to find the other extras so they can file their complaint.  The main reason for the lawsuit is to set better safety standards on filmsets in Germany.  Bruises, sprains, and laceratios will not be tolerated.

German authorities are citing that it is the extra's fault for not properly shutting the truck's tailgate.

The attorney for the extra says they've found other witnesses who are prepared to testify that the vehicle was in terrible shape.
