Did NBC make you mad at the non mention of Matthew Mitcham's sexual orientation?
Sunday during the final platform dives, the NBC commentators just glossed over Mitcham's bio saying he experienced "personal issues."
WTF???
Or did they do the right thing making a non-issue over it???
I know NBC was trying to bring a "warm feel" to the US TV audience-- I guess mentioning a man as gay will make middle America uncomfortable with the images of a hot lad sucking cock or taking it up the ass. Is that not the "warm" feeling they wanted to conjure???
