A Chicago hospital is the scene where Bernie Mac is housed to deal with his case of pneumonia.
Good news is that the funny man is responding positive to his treatments and should be released in a few days.
The Mac does suffer from sarcoidosis-- a chronic disease that inflames organs--but the pneumonia is not related to that illness.
We are wishing him a speedy recovery.
