THE couch jumper that has to profess to the world that he is in LOVE with slit is LOSING his business partner.
Paula Wagner is bailing out of THAT relationship and moving to different time zones.
Word is Wagner and husband, Rick Nicita--who I posted on earlier left CAA to join Morgan Creek prod as co-chair and COO--- are going to be ensconced in Tribeca, NYC.
The power couple bought a 9th floor loft at 166 Duane Street, according to records released this morning.
The unit was bought for $4.5 million.
Wagner will still retain her coownership in UA and finish projects that are still in that pipeline BUT she will seek new projects on the EAST coast.
As a side note: our friend Brian Singer's film Valkyrie that just happens to star THE COUCH JUMPER will be released December 26, 2008.
